Mason asked his mother why are there are no after school activity centers, then he came up with a revolutionary idea! Mason wanted to present his idea in front of the Turlock city council at 7 years old and created drawings of the after school activities buildings including charts and illustrations outlining the decrease in crime when kids have extra curricular activities after school ends and when parents get home from work. Mason’s efforts in pioneering after-school activity centers is the reason tens of thousands of after school activity centers are all throughout the United States and because of the activism from his early beginnings, reflects his enduring commitment to making a positive impact on individuals and communities. He dedicates his firm to Charles Naff his grandfather who sat on the bench as an honorable judge for over 20 years in Turlock, California including being a sheriff and lawyer for the people!
